Network Activation Request

I need to request a Wired Network Card / Wall Port Activation. (Art & Architecture (AA) Landscape Students, Art & Architecture Interior Design (AAID) Junior - Senior Interior Design Students, Art & Architecture South (AAS) Junior - Graduate Architecture Students, Art & Architecture North (AAN) 115 - Senior VTD Students) I need to request a Wired Network Card Activation (Art & Architecture North (AAN) 208 - Sophomore Architecture Students, AAN 122 Freshman - Junior VTD students) I need to request a Wireless Card Activation. I need to request a change in the Network Wall Port I am using. (Art & Architecture building only)


These requests only apply to the following buildings:
	Art & Architecture: AA (Landscape)
	Art & Architecture Interior Design: AAID
	Art & Architecture North: AAN
	Art & Architecture South: AAS
	Gas House: GAS
